Ownership of Goods

The company retains ownership of goods until full payment is received. If the purchaser fails to make due payments, enters bankruptcy, liquidation, has a receiver or manager appointed over any assets, or becomes insolvent (or if the company has reasonable cause to believe that any of these events may occur), the company reserves the right, without prejudice to any other remedy, to repossess the goods and materials without prior notice. Goods reserved with a deposit will be held for up to four weeks from the invoice date unless other arrangements are agreed upon before the deposit. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an unshipped order if it is evident on both sides that a genuine and honest pricing mistake has been made, which the customer should have noticed.

Delivery & Carriage

Delivery times are approximated. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence unless previously agreed by the company in writing. The company reserves the right to charge the purchaser the full cost of carriage on unwanted goods.

Shortages & Damage in Transit

Any shortages or damages must be reported to the company within 24 hours or next working day from the delivery date.

Returning Goods Purchased Online:

You have 14 days from receiving the goods to notify us of your intention to return them. Contact us at to begin the process. Once authorized, you have 14 days to return the goods for a full refund.

Please ensure the safe return of the goods, as it’s your responsibility; we do not collect non-faulty goods on your behalf. You can use Royal Mail, a courier, or return them manually to the store. For further advice, contact our team.

Returned goods must be in the same condition as they arrived, including:

  • All original packaging intact and not defaced/written upon.
  • Plastic coverings, films (pickguard, pickup, LED Screen etc.), stickers, labels, hangtags and accessories must be present and intact.
  • No signs of use or wear.
  • Goods in packets/containers should be unopened with seals intact.
  • Digital effects/amplifiers must be factory reset with no saved user data and not registered with the manufacturer.

 We reserve the right to refuse items returned to us under the following conditions:

  • Goods received after 14 days without returns authorization.
  • Goods not in mint condition as they left the store.
  • Goods missing accessoriess or original packaging, labels, stickers and plastic coverings.
  • Goods arrived damaged or in non-saleable condition.

Goods Purchased in Store:

Our in store policy is that ‘all sales are final’; if you’ve visited and tried something in person while using our service and expertise, then there is no legal or moral responsibility for refunds. We will allow for an exchange in certain circumstances.

Faulty Goods Within 30 Days of Delivery:

If your item develops a fault, please contact us at with as much detail and photos/videos as possible. We’ll try to troubleshoot the issue. If the fault persists, we’ll arrange a collection for assessment.

  • Faulty goods collected within 30 days can be repaired, refunded, or exchanged.
  • Goods collected that are deemed non-faulty within the first 14 days of purchase can be refunded provided they still meet the returns criteria above, with a collection charge.
  • Goods collected after 14 days (but before 30) deemed non-faulty will be returned to you, and a charge for collection/delivery will be made. 

Faulty Goods After 30 Days of Delivery:

All new items come with a minimum of a one-year warranty from Peach Guitars. If a product develops a fault during this period, it will be repaired under warranty. If you need a warranty repair, please return the faulty item to the store. Before returning, contact for troubleshooting advice if needed. We’ll strive to complete warranty repairs promptly, but an exact ETA may not always be possible, especially if the item needs to be sent to the manufacturer or a service center for repair. We’ll keep you informed of any updates during this process.

Goods Arrived Damaged:

We do our best to ensure your goods are well packaged and delivered safely. However, if any items arrive damaged, please contact us at within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a collection for a refund or exchange. Please provide detailed pictures of the damage when contacting us.

Please Note:

Custom ordered or built products cannot be refunded unless they are faulty. We do not take responsibility for the suitability of special orders but will offer the best advice we can. Hygiene products that come into contact with eyes, ears, nose, and mouth cannot be returned for a refund once used, except if found faulty within 30 days of delivery.

Acceptable Finish Defects & Normal Variations in Guitars:

  1. Guitar Finish Tolerance: At Peach Guitars, we take pride in offering a wide range of guitars to suit various budgets and preferences. Please be aware that the level of quality control and finish tolerance may vary across different price points and guitar manufacturers. While we strive to ensure the highest quality, minor finish defects may occasionally be present, which are considered normal and do not impact the playability or performance of the instrument.

  2. Understanding Minor Flaws: Our expert guitar technicians have identified certain acceptable finish defects that may be observed on new guitars. These minor flaws may include but are not limited to natural dark streaks or pin knots in wood, minor telegraphing of glue joints through the finish, micro-scratches in high gloss finishes (especially with black), minor streaks and marks in satin finishes, small neck pocket gaps on bolt-on necks, minor neck alignment variations, and lacquer buildup around frets on maple fretboards.

  3. Quality Checks and Standards: Rest assured that every guitar that leaves our store undergoes thorough quality checks to ensure it meets our strict standards, prior to having a genuine full setup. However, we would like to emphasize that the industry’s manufacturing processes and the use of various materials may result in minor imperfections that fall within normal tolerance levels.

  6. Collection and Refund Process: In the event of a return due to a non-faulty issue, the customer is responsible for ensuring the safe return of the goods. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, if it meets our return criteria, we will issue a full refund. However, please note that a charge for collection may apply for non-faulty returns.

  7. Product Images and Descriptions: Whilst we photograph every guitar over £300 individually, unless otherwise stated, please note that the actual guitar’s appearance may vary slightly from the images shown on our website due to lighting conditions and screen settings, etc.

  8. The Nature of Guitars: It’s essential to understand that guitars are unique instruments, and achieving absolute perfection, both in appearance and sound, is a rare occurrence. Guitars are crafted from natural materials, and minor variations in wood grain, color, or finish are normal and add to the instrument’s character. Similarly, even with the best craftsmanship, achieving perfect intonation across the entire fretboard is challenging without true-temperament frets.

  9. String Buzz and Playability: While we strive to set up guitars to provide optimal playability, it’s important to note that expecting a guitar to be completely free of string buzz (or fret buzz) at all times is unrealistic. A guitar should be mostly buzz-free under normal playing conditions, and it’s normal for some buzz to occur when playing with excessive force or using alternate tunings. We aim to strike a balance in the setup to ensure your guitar is mostly buzz-free during regular play, but please understand that a completely buzz-free experience under all circumstances is not always achievable. We welcome and encourage you to contact us if you have any particular requests for the setup you desire.
